Features

   ♣This product is arrenged with a false bottom and a diversion duct,without precipitation into the tank .

    There is no need to discharge the ore while shutting down the machine.

    The umbrella-shaped dispersing hood of the stator is used as the stabilizer,ensuring the stability of the liquid level and froth layer.

    The impeller is cylindrical,with low peripheral velocity,low energy consumption and high recovery rate,which is 1-2% higher than that of common type.

   It has a large production capacity and reliable performance.

     ♣This product has the ability of combibing the air spontaneously but hasn't the ability of imbibing the ore pulp spontaneously .While using it sepatately,terrace arrangement with 300-400mm drop geight is required.The return of foam depends on the foam pump.

 Notes for selection

    1  While placing your order,in addition to specifying the model and quantity,make sure to provide the flotaion circuit and the followings

   (1) Configuration scheme and feeding made

   (2) Quantity the scrapers and mode of drive(right drive or left drive)

   (3) Quantities of feeding chambers,intermadiate chambers,and crude ore chambers

    2   No electric control cabinet will be supplied.

    3 The flashboard will be made according to the manufacturer's drawings.And the electric driven flashboard will be adopted for large-scale flotaion machine.
